Dale Andrew

Mr. Andrew has 30+ years in the HVAC Mechanical industry with first-hand installation and supervisory experience with Hospitals, Schools, Labs and Clean Rooms, Commercial Kitchen Hoods, Multi-story building, Shop fabrication, 3D Computer detailing, BIM Modeling & Coordination, Large Multi-story buildings, and simple tenant improvements. 

Mr. Andrew has served most of his career in HVAC related leadership positions. Mr. Andrew oversees all Operation responsibilities for the Bay area offices from field projects installation personnel to proper installation and execution of all projects work. Dale also has the responsibility to keep personnel trained with the most current installations techniques and equipment types. He is responsible for all Project Managers to manage projects to maintain customer satisfaction and meet anticipated completion dates. He maintains the IES philosophy of customer satisfaction and proactive interaction for long-term customer relationships.
